Job Description:

Assists the Residential Lending Branch Manager in leading and managing Mortgage Loan Originators to achieve production goals, operational excellence, regional growth, and profitability. Maintains a personal portfolio of retail mortgage loans. Recruits, interviews, and trains top-tier talent, while focusing on employee retention and performance management. Actively participates in local and state mortgage, real estate, and builder trade associations to maintain comprehensive industry knowledge. Communicates business objectives, goals, and company performance results to staff. Promotes an effective sales environment through sales training, individual and team coaching, and the creation of marketing materials.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum of two years as a Retail Mortgage Loan Originator.
• At least two years in a leadership or supervisory role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new business and managing client interactions.
