Role Overview:

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with daily banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers
• Open and maintain personal and business banking accounts
• Recommend banking products such as loans, credit cards, and savings solutions
• Evaluate customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
• Build and strengthen customer relationships to promote long-term satisfaction and loyalty
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and applicable government regulations
• Address customer questions and concerns promptly with professionalism
• Support branch sales and customer service goals through effective collaboration
• Maintain accurate, current, and organized records and documentation
