Daily Responsibilities:
Use personalized inquiries to transform transactions, account maintenance, and routine service requests into meaningful customer interactions that enhance relationships.
Proactively identify opportunities to assist customers and support sales initiatives through client interactions and referrals.
Manage multiple tasks while meeting daily performance targets effectively.
Follow standardized procedures for processing transactions, managing cash drawers, and completing banking documentation in compliance with industry and legal standards.
Candidate Profile:
Thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with regular coaching and feedback.
Effectively communicate and engage with customers to support their financial needs.
Demonstrate attention to detail in completing paperwork and explaining features and benefits.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
One year of experience in retail or customer service involving client interaction and product recommendations preferred.
Reliable transportation and flexibility to work branch hours, including weekends and occasional evenings.
Eligibility to obtain NMLS registration within 90 days, if required.
