Job Description:

As a Corporate Banking Relationship Manager, you will have the task of furnishing complete financial remedies to small businesses that generate up to $20 million in annual revenues. You will play a key role in managing and strengthening ties with high-worth clients, as well as supporting them in the growth of their ventures and the realization of their financial targets.

Responsibilities:

• Takes charge of guiding clients through the entire process to fulfill their needs effectively and identify chances for increasing sales, all with a focus on risk management
• Recognizes and suggests unique small business chances and fixes for clients during small business relationship evaluations
• Maintains a uniform branding and customer service standard across assigned sales portfolios through a minimum 80% presence in the field
• Cultivates partnerships with critical associates like Merchants, Practice Solutions, Treasury, and Business Banking to elevate opportunities for small businesses
• Uses credit knowledge to counsel small business operators on options, offerings, and technological proficiencies that enable them to fulfill their short and long-range business aspirations
• Aids in executing the sales delivery framework to drive the intended results and development of the financial institution's Small Business sector
• Mentors, trains, and advises staff and customers, promoting a culture that prioritizes both clients and employees

Required Qualifications:

• Established success in consultative selling within financial services or business-to-business transactions
• Demonstrating the capacity to elevate the financial results of specific companies through the interpretation of financial documentation and proposing tailored approaches
• Displays a keen interest in outdoor sales and takes delight in the process of seeking out potential clients
• Looking to improve established relationships and achieve sales objectives
• Evaluating clients' financial situations and scrutinizing market patterns
• Proficiency in deciphering and making sense of financial statements and cash flow assessments is essential
