Job Description:

The Investment Solutions Advisor role involves delivering comprehensive financial guidance and personalized solutions to clients, supporting them in achieving their financial objectives and managing different life stages proficiently. This position requires close collaboration with clients to assess their financial needs, proposing tailored strategies, and offering appropriate financial products. You will serve as a trusted partner in guiding clients through their investment targets, retirement plans, wealth management, and other key financial goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting individuals in planning their short and long-term financial aspirations by creating a financial plan tailored to their needs which incorporates brokerage tools such as equities, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and various banking and money management solutions
  • Advocates for banking and investment approaches that are in sync with the financial goals and needs of the client
  • Manages and triages client inquiries by referring them to suitable in-house service providers aligned with client needs and resource thresholds
  • Handles and manages risk as an integral part of daily routines
  • Identifies and interacts with potential new clients by utilizing referrals or engaging with individuals at financial service outlets
  • Furnishes assistance and guidance to referral partners by assessing client needs and potential product offerings

Required Qualifications:

  • Possesses a minimum of one year's worth of experience in the investments sector, along with specialized training in investments and a comprehensive understanding of various investment offerings.
  • Possesses at least one year of experience in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment with a track record of meeting or surpassing goals.
  • Demonstrates the ability to reach any desired outcome by setting specific goals.
  • Forges and nurtures solid relationships.
  • Engages positively with teammates to efficiently complete tasks.
  • Displays a high level of confidence in communication and comfortably interacts with clients from all walks of life.
  • Handles objectives efficiently, navigates through complexity, prioritizes tasks, and swiftly executes actions in a fast-paced setting.
  • Demonstrates a keen interest in acquiring knowledge, remains adaptable to new information, and consistently strives to offer appropriate solutions to clients.
  • Skillfully balances time management and capacity.
  • Demonstrates a thorough and attentive manner in incorporating pertinent regulatory assessments into the daily operations and future plans for clients.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proficient in computer usage and skilled at managing multiple tasks efficiently in a demanding setting.
  • A background of three years in the financial service industry and/or sales sector, with a history of achieving or surpassing set goals.
  • Obtained extra qualifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).
  • Secured your insurance authorizations.

Minimum Education Requirement:

Attainment of a secondary school certificate or GED is mandatory
