Job Description for Loan Processor:

As a PNC Loan Processor you will assist clients with their financial activities, support branch operations, and deliver outstanding customer service. While looking for ways to advertise PNC goods and services, you will make sure that customers have a good experience.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures a one-of-a-kind customer experience that concentrates on enhancing financial prosperity and promoting customer dedication.
• Manages a variety of customer interactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Guides customers in exploring different avenues for handling their financial transactions.
• Spots potential chances during customer engagements and guides them to the relevant branch staff.
• Promotes customer involvement through lobby events and meaningful exchanges.
• Presents PNC products and services in a way that meets the needs of customers.
• Discerns sales possibilities and refers customers to the relevant team members for broadening relationships.
• Educates customers on utilizing digital banking tools, technology options, and self-service resources for efficient management of financial transactions.
• Applies product and procedural proficiency to effectively tackle customer problems.
• Ensures that all teller and branch tasks are conducted accurately, in compliance with PNC's policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Not required to have prior experience.
• Generally, a university or college degree is not a requirement for roles at this level.

• Not essential to have certifications or licenses.
