Overview:

The Customer Experience Banker is responsible for delivering exceptional service while building and maintaining strong relationships with both individual and business clients. This role is centered around understanding customer needs, offering the right banking products, and ensuring a seamless, personalized experience. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and motivated to provide clients with a positive, hassle-free banking experience at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities of Banker:

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive overall experience.
• Assist customers with a variety of banking services, including deposits, withdrawals, account openings, and financial transactions.
• Proactively recommend products and services that align with the customer’s financial needs and goals, including savings accounts, loans, and other banking services.
• Guide customers through digital and mobile banking tools to enhance their overall experience and simplify banking tasks.
• Take ownership of the customer journey, ensuring every interaction is smooth, efficient, and tailored to individual client needs.
• Ensure compliance with all operational, security, and regulatory policies and procedures to protect both customers and the bank.
• Collaborate with branch colleagues to meet branch goals, drive customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of the branch.
• Support with additional duties as required to assist in the day-to-day branch operations and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Basic Qualifications for Banker:

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least one year of experience in customer service, banking, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with financial products and services, such as loans, credit, and deposit accounts.
• Proficiency in cash handling and processing financial transactions.
• Comfortable using technology, including mobile banking apps and digital services.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on enhancing the customer experience.
