Job Summary:

The role of a Branch Client Experience Leader involves guiding a successful branch team in meeting and exceeding performance goals through instruction, training, and demonstration of sales strategies, all while ensuring operational excellence. This position prioritizes coaching for sales outcomes, revenue growth, and operational compliance, emphasizing successful sales practices and client interactions to provide exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Business Performance: Stimulate market growth of crucial client bonds and meet growth benchmarks in financial performance (encompassing deposits, loans, and non-interest revenue). Actively seek and provide fitting customer introductions to the appropriate team member(s) to accomplish growth targets and execute profitable sales campaigns. Utilize independent discernment and autonomy in making prudent financial judgments.
• Sales Leadership and Coaching: Create and execute business development, actively support execution of partner produced sales and branch initiatives. Provide training/development/coaching to branch teams on mission and how to effectively engage to deliver on targets. Foster the right environment for branch teams and clients. Responsible for talent management functions including: employment, performance evaluations, staff development/training, disciplinary actions, succession planning and ensuring all staff comply with compliance requirements.
• Client Experience: Engage clients and offer educational support through available tools and systems. Establish a culture that is centered on providing exceptional client experiences in line with our mission and vision. Analyze and resolve challenges related to branch operations and client satisfaction.
• Risk Management: Foster a culture that values disciplined risk management, enabling teams to identify and address reputational, regulatory, and employee risks effectively. Emphasize the importance of team members' awareness, understanding, and adherence to bank policies and regulations to maintain operational excellence.
• Undertakes specific assignments and supplementary responsibilities as required.
• Consistently follows the regulatory and compliance guidelines tied to the job as listed and fulfills the required compliance training sessions. Accountable for ensuring compliance with the relevant federal, state, and local statutes and regulations.

Job Requirements:

• A high school diploma or an equivalent like a GED, HiSET, or TASC completion is a prerequisite for consideration
• 5+ Years of overall branch sales experience, required
• (2) Critical to possess two or more years of leadership experience
• Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) is a compulsory requirement under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and the associated Regulation
• A four-year undergraduate degree or its comparable alternative is the preferred educational background
