Investment Consultants provide exceptional service to our clients and support Financial Advisor(s)/Private Wealth Advisor(s)/teams on a daily basis. As senior members of the service team, through regular interactions with clients, individuals in this role build trusted relationships. Leading with a client first mindset, a successful candidate for this role will have strong interpersonal skills and their focus will be on delivering an exceptional client experience. In supporting Financial Advisor(s)/Private Wealth Advisor(s)/teams, this role will focus on assisting in areas such as digital marketing, portfolio holdings and/or proposal tools and financial planning.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• As a senior member of the service team, provide coverage for an FA/PWA/team including: cultivating relationships with business partners and colleagues internally and externally; supporting the FA/PWA/team in enhancing new and existing client relationships by providing an exceptional client experience; assisting the FA/PWA/team in delivering against their client service model, including preparing for regular meetings as well as tracking follow-ups; ensuring all client service functions are performed in a timely manner, assigning work to team members on a daily basis if/as needed; providing backup coverage for traditional registered or unregistered Client Service Associate responsibilities at the request of the client and/or FA/PWA/team, such as executing money movement transactions, answering general non-investment related questions concerning clients accounts, educating or enrolling clients in digital tools, accepting or entering unsolicited orders and/or entering solicited orders in a clerical capacity; remaining current on all policies, procedures and new platforms and sharing reminders and best practices with other service team members.
• Helping the FA/PWA/team in planning and implementing their business blueprint, forming strong partnerships with various market participants including Practice Strategy Consultants and Branch Management.
• Directing administrative responsibilities for digital and in-person marketing approaches, covering conferences, webinars, websites, social media platforms, and consistent email interactions.
• Composing and reviewing various client reports or financial plans using firm-authorized systems for current or prospective clients.
• Assisting in investigations using firm-authorized tools and systems.
• Representing the service lens in client meetings, sharing valuable perspectives.
• Contributing to firm initiatives, special tasks, and/or other responsibilities directed by local authorities.

Developing a strong educational background, accumulating hands-on experience, acquiring knowledge, and enhancing skills are fundamental aspects in fostering individual progress:

• The position mandates applicants to have gained over five years of practical experience in a related industry.
• Individuals with a four-year college degree or professional certification are preferred.
• Qualifications required involve certifications in Series 7 (GS) and either Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA).
• Additional product licenses may be a requirement.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Knowledgeable about financial services products such as equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, insurance, and managed investment portfolios.
• Demonstrating technical proficiency and agility in learning about new platforms.
• - Displaying a meticulous nature, excellent organizational capabilities, and a talent for effectively prioritizing tasks.
• Skilled in operating basic personal computer functions, MS Office tools (particularly MS Excel), and navigating online platforms efficiently.
• Exceptional competence in written communication, interpersonal relations, and client support.
• skilled in time management.
• Accomplished at engaging in cooperative endeavors and fostering a spirit of unity among colleagues.
• Ability to handle and perform in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.
