The main focus of the Financial Planner role at Huntington's Private Bank is to act as the primary client relationship manager, guiding the development, implementation, and supervision of a tailored financial plan for affluent clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establishes and nurtures connections with both current and prospective clients while collaborating with other experts to meet the client's financial plan, emphasizing the acquisition of assets under management, loans, and deposits.
• Growing business presence by maintaining active involvement and strong connections within the community and with external influential networks.
• Tasked with delivering exceptional customer service to maintain client loyalty and satisfaction.
• Cultivates strong alliances across all sectors of the Huntington organization to enhance and enrich client relationships.
• Specializes in managing relationships that are moderate to high in complexity, tailoring solutions for each client.
• Informed about significant compliance and regulatory requirements affecting financial planning.
• Executes additional tasks as assigned to meet client and organizational goals.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• The acquisition of Life and Health Licenses is compulsory within the first 90 days of employment.
• A minimum of three years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, sales, or relationship management within banking, investment, or insurance sectors, specifically catering to high or ultra-high net worth individuals.
• Meeting the criteria outlined for a Mortgage Loan Originator under the SAFE Act and a Loan Originator per the Truth in Lending Act may be required for this role, including potential registration and additional qualifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• While securities and life insurance licenses are recommended, they are not mandatory.
• A proven track record in effectively servicing affluent clients.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client networks.
• Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
• Strong multitasking abilities and organizational skills.
