As an Senior Operations Representative at Bank of America, your responsibilities will involve crucial involvement in backing the everyday operations of our internal business procedures, aiding clients and colleagues in sustaining smooth operations. This position entails overseeing daily workflows, meeting important time constraints, and offering direction to other team members to guarantee efficient and productive team performance.

Responsibilities:

• Makes valuable individual contributions to the success of the Operations team
• Manages day-to-day operations and addresses inquiries for a single or multiple Lines of Business within the organization
• Complies with established timelines within the company department or as outlined in Service Level Agreements with either internal or external collaborators
• Offers specialized knowledge and skills to support projects or endeavors within the business division
• Upholds internal operational and financial regulations while operating within the risk boundaries of the business unit
• Maintains a continuous evaluation of procedures to guarantee their effectiveness and introduces enhancements to streamline operations

Required Qualifications:

• With over half a decade of advancing experience in the banking sector and expertise in lockbox operations
• Experience with internal banking systems such as KATS, VICOR, and RIDS
• Proficiency in Windows 10, Outlook, and Excel is essential for effective office tasks
• Proficiency in data entry and 10-key skills is essential for accurate information input
• Strong analytical skills
• The candidate must initially work at the primary location listed but could potentially be given the option for remote work in the future.
• Proficiency in handling stress while collaborating with colleagues
• Strong abilities in interacting and communicating effectively with others
• Adept at engaging with executive leadership and internal stakeholders responsible for business oversight
• Detail oriented
• Skill in handling numerous responsibilities concurrently and juggling tasks efficiently
• Exceptional abilities in managing time effectively and setting priorities
• Meeting strict time constraints
• Skill in orchestrating team meetings to disseminate crucial departmental information to colleagues
