Job Description:

As a Mortgage Lending Specialist at PNC, you will guide customers through the mortgage process and help them achieve their homeownership goals. Your responsibilities will include managing client relationships, providing expert advice on mortgage solutions, and ensuring compliance with lending guidelines and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Recommend mortgage loan solutions that align with lending requirements and the financial needs of customers.
• Manage a portfolio of customer relationships while actively pursuing opportunities to retain existing clients and attract new business through proactive sales efforts.
• Create customized loan solutions and review supporting documentation to ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies.
• Maintain and manage the customer pipeline to achieve production, service, and performance goals.
• Work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure mortgage transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Collect and analyze financial information for customers with complex or diverse borrowing needs.
• Provide professional guidance on mortgage products, lending options, and related banking services tailored to customer needs.
• Maintain strong knowledge of PNC products, digital tools, lending practices, and mortgage procedures.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated success in mortgage sales or related financial services roles.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, banking services, and loan origination processes.
• Experience in lead generation, customer relationship management, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Excellent communication, financial analysis, and consultative sales skills.
• A college degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience is generally preferred.
• No specific certifications or licenses are required unless mandated by applicable regulations.
