What You’ll Do:

As a Customer Solutions Banker, your primary focus is on establishing and nurturing significant relationships with customers, utilizing your financial know-how to propose relevant solutions that cater to their needs. Your dual role is instrumental in advancing the branch's success by:

• Cultivating enduring relationships with customers by recognizing their financial requirements and suggesting fitting products and services
• Engaging with internal collaborators, like Mortgage and Wealth Management, to provide customers with specialized insights
• Conducting financial transactions for customers at the teller counter and the drive-thru window
• The tasks include starting new accounts, overseeing account changes, and aiding clients in maximizing digital banking functionalities
• Discerning potential fraudulent behavior and other operational or financial jeopardy
• Aiding with adherence to bank opening and closing procedures based on shift requirements
• Assisting in facilitating outreach activities and events supported by financial institutions

Essential Criteria for Customer Solutions Banker Position:

• Attainment of a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
• A GED or high school diploma is a compulsory requirement for this position
• Intermediate computer skills
• Able to manage loads of up to 50 pounds safely
