Retail Support serves as a team of mobile bankers and tellers that assist Zions Bank branches when regular staff are absent, offering a chance to develop extensive banking skills and build professional connections. The primary goal is to assist branches in achieving strategic goals and upholding the overarching vision of Zions Bank. Traveling tellers and bankers in Retail Support play a crucial role in maintaining operations and ensuring seamless service delivery across multiple locations within their designated area. Qualifications:

• Applicants must hold a High School Diploma or an equivalent certification and have acquired a minimum of 2 years of experience in banking, cashiering, customer service, financial auditing, or similar areas, or have completed an authorized company training session.
• Proficiency in cashier duties, financial reconciliations, accounting principles, and familiarity with banking services and products are required.
• Mastery of mathematical techniques.
• Strong abilities in maintaining equilibrium and attending to client needs are essential.
• Skill in cross-promoting bank services that cater to specific client needs.

The right candidate for this position will possess the requisite skills and experience to:

• Carry out the task of providing exceptional service while also safeguarding the branch to avoid any losses.
• Keep a high level of understanding regarding branch operations.
• Extend the client base by employing successful selling and coaching methodologies, such as facilitating lending applications, cross-promoting bank services and products, and guiding clients through various banking processes.
• Take charge of handling cash transactions and performing various customer service tasks in the branch.
• Take on extra responsibilities as needed.
