Regions' Business Relationship Manager is responsible for providing credit and a wide variety of client solutions within a specific geographical location.
Primary Responsibilities:
Identifies, prioritizes, and formulates a relationship strategy for important clients and potential acquisition targets with a focus on retention and growth
Delivers expert guidance and resolutions, establishes and maintains client connections, and maximizes opportunities for revenue within the Commercial Bank sector
Identifies present and upcoming client demands and takes initiative to propose resolutions
Collaborates with appropriate business associates to create and deliver specialized services as part of a team-oriented portfolio development process
Conducts high-quality interactions with clients and potential customers, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process
Oversees the entire transaction process from the first contact to the final completion, which involves planning the layout, determining the cost, securing internal authorization and ensuring adherence to regulations, and preparing the necessary paperwork
Engaging in physical activities enhances financial insight and control over pricing strategies
Finishes training on Relationship Management Process and undergoes evaluation on credit knowledge
Establishes uniform procedures derived from the Relationship Management Process and essential credit education
This role is not subject to timekeeping obligations as outlined in the Fair Labor Standards Act and does not qualify for additional compensation for working beyond regular hours.
This role comes with the potential for bonuses based on performance.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree
Three years of working in the field of Commercial Banking or sales, with a minimum of one year dedicated to Relationship Management
Preferences:
Relevant graduate degree
Skills and Competencies:
Developed negotiation abilities
Enhanced abilities in speaking and writing effectively
A strong reputation and a wide network of industry connections
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential
Enhanced analytical abilities and problem-solving aptitude
Proficient business acumen
Compensation Details:
Salary ranges are tailored to each job and are used as a benchmark in determining compensation choices. Since these elements differ from person to person, the pay will likewise differ among employees holding the same position.
Eligible employees can take part in a discretionary incentive scheme under the Incentive Pay Plans. Workers may receive a voluntary bonus depending on their achievements in meeting specific criteria and objectives. They also have the chance to engage in the Long Term Incentive Plan.
