Responsibilities for Branch Manager:

  • Maintain a working knowledge of financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Ensure the delivery of a differentiated customer experience through leadership, coaching, and operational support.
  • Promote digital banking tools and technology-enabled interactions to provide customers with convenient solutions and financial guidance.
  • Resolve customer concerns effectively while maintaining efficient branch operations and high service standards.
  • Connect customers with the full range of PNC products and services to create a seamless omni-channel banking experience.
  • Attract and retain top talent through structured onboarding, mentoring, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications for Branch Manager:

  • Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory position.
  • Education: A college degree is not required. Equivalent combinations of education, certifications, military service, or related experience may also be considered.
  • Skills: Accountability, banking knowledge, client relationship management, customer experience, decision-making, leadership, proactive problem-solving, and results-driven performance.
  • Competencies: Branch banking operations, delegation, digital awareness, communication, multitasking, and sales leadership.
  • Certifications/Licenses: No certifications or licenses are required.
