Qualifications:

  • Applicants must have completed high school or obtained a GED.
  • Applicants with 1 year of customer-facing experience are preferred (volunteering, education, or military background accepted).
  • Demonstrated skills in serving customers are highly valued.
  • Teller experience preferred.
  • Availability to work at times beyond the regular workweek, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • New employees are expected to complete both Teller training and the initial segment of platform training upon commencement.
  • Capable of multitasking and showcasing excellent organizational abilities in a rapid-paced context.
  • Stellar communication aptitude (to the point, unambiguous, and steady).
  • Possesses excellent problem-solving abilities and can effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Displaying the ability to be self-reliant and complete work within agreed-upon deadlines.

  • Channels customers to Store colleagues and partners for complex financial inquiries.

Mitigating risks, upholding compliance standards, and enforcing controls are essential aspects of risk management practices:

  • Ensures adherence to all operational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Adheres to customer verification standards, performs comprehensive due diligence procedures, and complies with transactional and account opening regulations.
  • Executes transactions with precision, encompassing tasks like deposit processing, cash withdrawals, and check cashing.
  • Operates cash compartments, secures cash funds, follows cash constraints, and practices dual authorization protocols.
  • Validates the adherence to proper documentation in line with rules, important deadlines, and internal oversight.
  • Meets the requirements for job-specific compliance and regulatory training.
