You will be a pivotal figure in your capacity as a Client Services Banker by:

• Directing, preserving, and securing enduring win-win relationships with our clients.
• Recognizing and comprehending customers' extended financial needs and proposing personalized product and service offerings.
• Using the bank's latest technology offerings to address the increasing needs of our clientele.

Responsibilities include:

• Reaching quarterly and yearly sales targets for the team and branch in a variety of sectors which include customer intelligence analysis, commercial real estate dealings, small business administration lending activities, mortgage services, treasury management solutions, deposit handling processes, wealth management investment product sales, international deposit and wire transfer services, and other commercial and consumer service offerings.
• Securing and cultivating loans like HELOC, Residential Property Loan, and Commercial Property Loan.
• Adhering to annual renewals and regulatory requirements for MLOs involves familiarizing oneself with interest rates, financing methods, and mathematical calculations in order to offer tailored assistance to prospective mortgage borrowers.
• Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the bank's deposit, loan, and ancillary products, along with the qualifications required.
• Assists clients in managing their financial transactions, including processing cash withdrawals, making deposits, transferring funds, paying off loans/credit card balances, sending wire transfers, and exchanging foreign currencies.
• Demonstrates a diligent work ethic and a focused mindset on fulfilling clients' needs and preferences.
• Applies sound critical thinking and problem-solving skills to adequately address clients' needs.
• Works in conjunction with team members and other business areas to provide customers with products that align with their needs.
• Displays effective communication techniques and a self-assured approach in client interactions.
• Proficient in rapidly acquiring information about products, services, and technologies and guiding customers on conducting banking transactions online, using mobile apps, and self-service portals.
• Knowledgeable in using digital resources and technologies to enhance clients' digital banking experiences to the fullest extent.
• Demonstrates a fervent enthusiasm and skill to persuade, inform, and establish relationships with technology consumers.
• Accomplishes tasks beyond the specified duties.

Qualifications include:

• The essential qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with a Bachelor's degree as a bonus.
• Applicants with a background in customer service, teller duties, sales, and Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) experience in the banking or financial industry are highly sought after for this position.
• Deep insight into the functioning of branch operations.
• Proven proficiency in consultative relationship sales within an applicable industry, showcasing expertise in acquiring new clients, deepening customer connections, and achieving favorable outcomes.
• Valued for their professionalism and attention to detail, proficient in thorough follow-up practices.
• Efficient in quickly adjusting to new technologies and operational methods.
• Knowledgeable about branch technology, mobile banking features, and online banking capabilities.
• Proficiency in problem resolution, decision-making, and ensuring customer needs are met.
