Job Description:

Being a Business Development Specialist, your key obligation is to dispense specialized financial advice and direction to enterprise customers concerning an array of banking and borrowing amenities. Responsibilities:

• Client requests are evaluated, and appropriate referrals are directed to internal partners based on the specific needs of the client
• Teams up with leaders in financial centers, performance management, and market sectors to offer customized guidance and coaching
• Meetings among financial center associates aim to boost collaboration and ensure clients receive top-tier service

Required Qualifications:

• Holds prior experience and a track record of success in the realms of B2B sales or small business banking.
• Exhibits strong communication skills that can convincingly influence clients.
• Shows proficiency in customer service skills, capable of overseeing the entire client process and resolving issues comprehensively.
• Documented record of success in sales.
