In the role of a Branch Banking Leader, one is tasked with guiding a successful branch team in meeting and exceeding performance benchmarks by teaching, coaching, and demonstrating effective sales methods and upholding operational excellence. This position is centered around coaching for sales success, revenue growth, and operational consistency, with an emphasis on efficient sales techniques and positive customer interactions while delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive the advancement of core client associations and reach growth targets in financial performance metrics such as deposits, loans, and income unaffected by interest rates. Be proactive in sourcing and providing appropriate client referrals to the designated team members to meet growth goals and execute sales initiatives effectively.
• Sales Leadership and Coaching: Create and execute business development, actively support execution of partner-produced sales and branch initiatives. Provide training/development/coaching to branch teams on mission and how to effectively engage to deliver on targets. Foster the right environment for branch teams and clients. Responsible for talent management functions including: employment, performance evaluations, staff development/training, disciplinary actions, succession planning, and ensuring all staff comply with compliance requirements.
• Client Experience: Implement available tools and systems to engage and educate clients efficiently. Cultivate a culture that emphasizes providing exceptional client services while staying true to our organizational mission and goals. Address and resolve issues related to branch operations and client satisfaction.
• Foster a culture that emphasizes the importance of mitigating reputational, regulatory, and client risks through effective risk management practices, in alignment with operational excellence benchmarks.
• Carries out designated projects and other additional obligations as requested.
• Maintains a continuous commitment to regulatory and compliance policies connected to the job role and completes essential compliance training sessions. Obligated to uphold compliance with relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equal, essential
• Must possess more than five years of experience in branch sales
• The candidate must have a leadership background extending beyond two years
• Under the guidelines of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation, individuals must register with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
• Preference is given to candidates who have achieved an undergraduate degree that typically requires four years of study
