Under general direction, the Treasury Management (TM) Sales Analyst supports Treasury Management Officers (TMOs) in driving TM revenue growth. This role is responsible for developing, analyzing, and delivering proposals, RFPs, and sales presentations. The position includes pre-call planning, preparation, and participation in joint sales calls with TMOs and Commercial Bankers. The TM Sales Analyst provides a high level of internal customer support by understanding and promoting the organization’s sales culture and vision across member banks, maintaining performance reports and metrics, and managing additional sales support activities within assigned business segments.
Managing Your Time Efficiently to Achieve Your Goals:
Prepare forecasted financial analyses, proposals, and client profitability assessments for Treasury opportunities
Conduct thorough pre-call planning and assemble required materials for effective client and prospect meetings within assigned territories
Coordinate proposal submissions by gathering and consolidating information from multiple internal departments
Participate in sales discussions with Commercial Bankers and TMOs to gain insight into the client base and assist with complex client relationships and onboarding processes
Lead introductory discussions and deliver demonstrations of Treasury and Payment Solutions platforms to support sales efforts
Oversee the implementation and onboarding of new accounts and TM services for both new and existing clients
Support updates and coordination related to exception pricing
Perform post-transaction account reviews to ensure accurate billing for newly onboarded clients and services
Develop comprehensive Relationship Summaries detailing account structures, industry insights, and product or service recommendations
Support fraud mitigation discussions and coordinate the activation of positive pay solutions for clients impacted by fraudulent activity
Serve as a backup to TMOs and support clients as needed; identify referral and cross-sell opportunities to increase annual product penetration through account reviews, TM proformas, client proposals, and direct client interactions
Strengthen client service communication channels and promote collaboration across teams; prepare materials for internal meetings, including pre-call coordination and process update briefings
Monitor Salesforce dashboards weekly to identify and resolve discrepancies between sales opportunities and implementation progress
Participate in regular pipeline meetings with TMOs to prepare for the next phase of sales support for identified opportunities
We Look Forward to Speaking With You If You Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field
1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in sales, sales support, and/or commercial banking
Knowledge of foundational cash management systems, commercial card products, and standard banking practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to prioritize and manage work to meet deadlines while remaining adaptable, detail-oriented, and accurate
