Responsibilities of the role include providing advice, sales strategies, and technical aid to one or more Wealth Planning Advisor, actively participating in strategic planning, managing client relations, and executing the team's value proposition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in defining the strategic direction of the Financial Advisor team aimed at fostering revenue increase.
• Confer with clients and prospects by assessing their objectives, targets, and comfort level with risk to advise on and execute fitting investment products and services.
• Provide support to customers regarding trades, information needs, research requests, account concerns, and general service inquiries.
• Provide ongoing relationship oversight through regular evaluations, advisory consultations, and customer service efforts.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of client presentations and engagement resources.
• Help the Advisor in fostering and preserving profitable securities and insurance deals through the utilization of networking, internal recommendations, and identified chances.
• Conform to Truist's professional norms and meet the regulatory standards established by FINRA and other governing bodies.

Qualifications:

• Successful candidates should have completed a Bachelor's program in Business, Accounting, Finance, Banking, or a similar field, or have acquired an equivalent level of education and practical knowledge.
• The eligibility criteria include having worked professionally for a minimum of four years, with a stipulated one-year period focused on securities.
• It is essential to have the FINRA Series 7 and 66 certifications.
• Valid state health and life insurance licenses that correspond with the accreditations of participating advisors.
• Proficient in organization, analysis, problem resolution, interpersonal communication, and relationship building, showcasing a diverse skill set in these critical areas.
• Competence in using Microsoft Office applications is highly sought after.
• Readiness to pursue extra industry qualifications within wealth or investment management.
