Your role as a Senior Private Client Banker will be key in:

• Establishing and maintaining long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with our high-net-worth clients.
• Proactively assessing clients’ financial data to offer, showcase, and recommend tailored products and services that best meet their specific needs.
• Utilizing the bank’s latest technology offerings to meet the growing demands of our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities include:

• Meet quarterly and annual sales targets for team or branch performance, focusing on areas such as wealth management, investments, private banking services, lending, and international services.
• Structure and develop customized loan products, including home equity lines of credit, residential mortgages, and business financing options tailored to clients’ needs.
• Ensure compliance with annual renewal processes and regulatory requirements for MLO, while demonstrating a strong understanding of financing, interest rates, and calculations to better serve potential mortgage clients.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the bank’s private banking services, loan offerings, and their respective eligibility criteria.
• Assist clients with various financial transactions such as cash withdrawals, deposits, fund transfers, loan/credit card payments, wire transfers, and currency exchange services.
• Exhibit a strong passion and drive to meet client needs, ensuring their satisfaction and the bank’s business objectives are achieved.
• Use critical thinking and problem-solving techniques to address client needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional groups to offer the most appropriate banking solutions to clients.
• Communicate effectively and confidently while engaging with clients, delivering financial solutions with clarity and precision.
• Mentor and coach junior employees, helping them meet branch sales and service targets.
• Expertly leverage digital banking solutions and technologies to improve clients’ experiences with online and mobile banking services.
• Work proactively to educate clients on the use of technology to optimize their banking experience and foster greater connections with the bank.
• Take on additional responsibilities as directed by management to support the overall success of the branch.

Qualifications include:

• A high school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least two years of experience in customer service, teller functions, sales, or mortgage loan origination (MLO) in the banking and financial services industry, with a focus on private banking or high-net-worth clients.
• Series 6 and 63 licenses are required for investment transactions and the sale of life insurance products.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to clearly communicate complex financial information.
• Proficient in sales techniques, with an emphasis on prospecting, networking, and building relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Skilled in using banking technology, mobile applications, and online banking platforms to support clients effectively.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and customer service abilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, systems, and operational processes.
• Commitment to following established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
