Job Description:

As a Banking Consultant at PNC, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, assisting clients with their financial transactions, and supporting branch operations. This role focuses on creating positive customer experiences, strengthening customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to introduce appropriate banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a personalized banking experience that supports customers' financial goals and promotes long-term loyalty.
• Handle a wide variety of customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Educate customers on available banking solutions and transaction options.
• Identify customer needs and refer opportunities to the appropriate branch specialists.
• Engage customers through branch events, conversations, and relationship-building activities.
• Recommend products and services that align with customer financial needs and preferences.
• Recognize sales opportunities and connect customers with the right team members for additional support.
• Assist customers in using digital banking platforms, self-service tools, and technology resources to manage their finances effectively.
• Apply product knowledge and operational expertise to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
• Ensure teller transactions and branch activities are completed accurately and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
