Job Summary:

A Banking Center Leader is tasked with coaching a high-performing branch team to achieve and surpass performance targets by teaching, training, and modeling sales behaviors, while also ensuring operational efficiency. This role places a significant emphasis on coaching for sales success, revenue growth, and operational adherence, with a focus on effective sales techniques and client experience to deliver top-notch customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Business Performance: Drive market expansion of primary customer relations and achieve growth targets in financial metrics (covering deposits, loans, and non-interest income). Actively pursue and provide suitable client recommendations to the relevant team member(s) to reach growth goals and implement successful sales strategies. Employ independent judgment and discretion in making informed financial determinations.
• Sales Leadership and Coaching: Create and execute business development, actively support execution of partner produced sales and branch initiatives. Provide training/development/coaching to branch teams on mission and how to effectively engage to deliver on targets. Foster the right environment for branch teams and clients. Responsible for talent management functions including: employment, performance evaluations, staff development/training, disciplinary actions, succession planning and ensuring all staff comply with compliance requirements.
• Client Experience: Use tools and systems to enhance client engagement and educational initiatives. Promote a culture that prioritizes delivering exceptional client experiences while remaining dedicated to our mission and values. Address and resolve issues concerning branch operations and client satisfaction.
• Risk Management: Promote a culture of structured risk management to assist teams in identifying and mitigating reputational, regulatory, employee, and client risks. Ensure that team members are aware of, understand, and comply with all pertinent bank policies and regulations to achieve operational excellence.
• Executes special projects and other duties as needed.
• Continuously adheres to the regulatory and compliance policies correlated with the role as specified and fulfills the prescribed compliance training obligations. Accountable for preserving compliance with the appropriate federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Possession of a high school diploma or its comparable alternative, such as a GED, HiSET, or TASC certificate, is a mandate
• 5+ Years of overall branch sales experience, required
• (2) Must have a track record of leading teams for at least two years
• Under the provisions of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008, mortgage professionals are obligated to undergo registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
• Ideal candidates will hold a degree at the undergraduate level, completed in four years or its equivalent
