Responsibilities:

• Engages in consultations with clients regarding investment and insurance strategies, and constructs personalized financial outlines.
• Builds and upholds a roster of investment and insurance holdings.
• Takes charge of customer experience by effectively handling sales activities and service engagements, identifying prospects for advancement, and referring clients to internal business associates when suitable.
• Builds, enhances, and upholds client rapport through dedicated business development and networking engagements.
• Elevates client loyalty and share of wallet through the delivery of an exceptional client service.
• Utilizes product and procedural expertise to efficiently address and resolve client concerns with appropriateness.
• Devises and enacts investment and insurance strategies, selecting suitable products to assist in achieving client objectives.
• Delivers personalized financial recommendations and guidance based on the specific needs and objectives of each client.
• Reviews fiscal blueprints and advises on appropriate alterations.
• Coaches and educates branch staff and internal counterparts to recognize investment potential.
• Elevates the level of investment education for branch team members.
• Collaborates with branch managers and investment sales associates to oversee branch activities in achieving investment outcomes.
• Maintains strong communication links with partners, both internal and external, to encourage the flow of referrals.
• Consistently analyzes business outcomes and pipeline management in collaboration with branch managers and partners.
• Keeps up with the requirements outlined in the service level agreements for responding to leads and referrals.
• Ensures conformity with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Commonly expects candidates to hold a Bachelor’s degree.
• A period exceeding two years of relevant industry involvement.
• Instead of obtaining a degree, a combination of education, job-specific certifications, and relevant experience (which could include military training) could be viewed favorably.
• Adept at seeking out potential clients, building rapport, assessing credit risks, analyzing financial details, developing financial projections, presenting publicly, and carrying out sales functions.
• Expertise in coaching techniques, communication strategies, and customer experience oversight.
