The Wealth Advisor's responsibilities include identifying, engaging, acquiring, and retaining high net worth clients and potential clients by offering comprehensive wealth management planning. They take on the primary role of managing relationships with affluent clients and families while working alongside other Wealth team members to deliver coordinated advice and services. The consultant also focuses on identifying and nurturing revenue-generating opportunities in various product categories to drive growth and achieve financial objectives through a diversified approach to financial planning. Furthermore, they act as a representative for the Wealth division, advocating for and promoting its services within the Bank and the communities it serves.

Qualifications:

• Seeking individuals with a high school diploma or GED and a background of 12 years in acquiring clientele, accumulating assets, and offering detailed financial planning assistance
• Client Acquisition experience
• Asset Gathering experience
• Well-rounded expertise in developing comprehensive strategies for financial management
• Banking experience
• Investment Management experience
• Insurance Planning experience
• Proficiency in Trust and Estate Management
• The preferred credential is the Advanced Advisor/Planning designation for professionals in financial advising
• Series 7 license
• Obtaining either the Series 65 or 66 license is mandatory for those seeking to provide financial advice and investment recommendations
• The process of acquiring a State Life & LTC Insurance license entails fulfilling the specific criteria outlined by the licensing authority

Responsibilities:

• The primary objective of Client Acquisition is to secure new clientele for the Bank's wealth services by employing various strategies such as direct outreach, leveraging referrals, and teaming up with internal Bank contacts. Additionally, it involves the establishment and maintenance of valuable partnerships with industry influencers to optimize acquisition initiatives. Engaging in external networking and fostering market expansion are key responsibilities associated with this role.
• A pivotal aspect of Relationship Management is to serve as the key contact and champion for wealthy individuals considering assets under management and customers. It is essential to have an up-to-date understanding of client backgrounds, circumstances, and the overall link with the Bank to devise relevant riches strategies. Another crucial responsibility is to introduce the comprehensive suite of solutions to clients, ranging from investments and banking facilities to financial planning, insurance products, and trust services. To maintain and enhance ongoing client associations, it is essential to implement a client-centered, attentive experience and help coordinate client functions.
• Expert Counsel - Delivers specialized financial management recommendations to potential and existing clients. Constructs tactical, extensive, and forward-thinking blueprints to fulfill the financial demands and aspirations of affluent clientele. Pinpoints suitable options, facilities, and answers based on the individual needs, preferences, and objectives of clients. Involves other team members in the unit to provide continual guidance, products, and services that adapt to the shifting requirements of clients.
• Engaging in collaboration means creating productive partnerships with stakeholders at the Bank to drive the department's strategic initiatives forward. It requires active involvement with professionals from different areas of the business to synchronize the distribution of wealth management products and services to the clientele.
