Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished individual to join our team as a Premier Client Manager. As the successful candidate, you will serve as a dependable consultant to our Premier clients, old and new alike. Your main duties will involve providing expert financial counsel that caters to the diverse needs of our clients, working closely with internal departments to support clients across their financial lifespan, proactively engaging with clients, handling banking inquiries efficiently, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute methods to strategically acquire and engage clients, promoting revenue growth and further establishing connections with new and current clients.
• Cooperate with the Regional Manager or Branch Manager in devising and executing customer-centered marketing strategies to stimulate the growth of new business through activities such as seeking out potential clients, engaging in outbound communications, networking, and receiving referrals.
• Express real curiosity in customers, guiding them towards their financial targets. Apply client information and sales aids to convert into feasible sales tactics, foreseeing and converting sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer support.
• Partner with product specialists for gaining in-depth technical input to cater to the diverse demands of clients.
• Encourage prospective clients to consider our products and services by evaluating their needs and suggesting connections to other divisions if needed.
• Take part in the enhancement of branch initiatives by soliciting customer feedback on our services and upholding compliance with audit regulations and quality assurance protocols.
• Ensure compliance with EWB's operational integrity standards and adhere to the Business Principles and Values set forth by the organization.
• Willingness to undertake additional assignments as needed.

Qualifications include:

• A Bachelor's degree or a similar level of expertise is expected.
• The obligatory licenses for this role consist of FINRA Series 6, 63, along with Life and Health Insurance, and acquiring the Series 7 license is a requisite within the initial six months.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial services and retail sales for a period exceeding five years, or similar, highlighting strong sales outcomes and comprehensive knowledge of banking products needed for offering referrals.
• Proven track record of successfully managing relationships with affluent customers or similar high-value clients.
• Excellent abilities in salesmanship, interpersonal interaction, cross-promotion, devising sales plans, mathematical acumen, strategic decision-making, and analytical proficiencies are crucial.
• Demonstrating expertise in establishing and nurturing relationships, offering exceptional service to clients, managing time effectively, and setting priorities.
• Broad expertise in the realm of financial products and services.
• Comprehension of the business banking segment's needs and the selection of products and services that can augment the Premier suite.
• Exhibiting ownership, responsibility, and accountability in a robust manner.
• Sound knowledge of financial design, wealth supervision, and evaluation of client necessities.
