Responsibilities for Financial Consultant:

• Advises clients on investment and insurance plans, while devising individualized financial strategies.
• Cultivates and manages a client base for financial and insurance products.
• Elevates customer satisfaction by efficiently managing sales transactions and service requests, pinpointing chances for expansion, and guiding clients towards suitable internal collaborators when necessary.
• Cultivates, strengthens, and manages client associations by focusing on business development and networking strategies.
• Boosts client retention and wallet share through the provision of an exceptional client journey.
• Uses understanding of products and processes to efficiently tackle client problems with accuracy and appropriateness.
• Creates and enaction plans for investment and insurance schemes, identifying fitting products to uphold client aspirations.
• Delivers constructive financial guidance and recommendations that align with individual client needs and objectives.
• Conducts reviews of financial plans and proposes modifications if required.
• Guides and teaches branch staff and internal business associates in spotting investment possibilities.
• Encourages branch staff to learn and understand investment strategies.
• Works alongside branch managers and investment sales associates to guide branch endeavors in reaching investment targets.
• Ensures ongoing and efficient communication with partners inside and outside the organization to boost referral efforts.
• Frequently assesses business performance and pipeline supervision with branch managers and partners.
• Ensures compliance with the service level agreements regarding lead and referral follow-up.
• Complies with all applicable statutes, regulations, and policies.

Qualifications & Experience forFinancial Consultant:

• Usually mandates the attainment of a four-year college degree.
• More than two years of pertinent job experience.
• Rather than a traditional degree, a mix of educational attainment, job-specific certifications, and pertinent experience (such as military background) could be evaluated.
• Capable in client sourcing, fostering connections, assessing creditworthiness, analyzing financial data, constructing financial models, presenting to audiences, and executing sales initiatives.
• Skillful in coaching, communication, and the management of customer interactions.
