Education and Experience:

Required:

• Earning an associate degree or a related synthesis of academic curriculum and hands-on practice.
• Proven track record of two years overseeing sales operations or managing personnel.
• Established track record of at least two years in actively participating in sales tasks under a target-driven model.
• Successful applicants will have accumulated at least five years of professional experience in either banking or financial services.

Preferred:

• A finance, business administration, or related undergraduate degree is a must-have.
• Demonstrated success in guiding teams within a financial hub or branch of a retail bank.

• Join forces with cross-functional teams within the organization to provide clients with tailored and comprehensive financial solutions.
