As a Senior Client Banker, your participation will be pivotal in:

• Developing and maintaining enduring mutually beneficial connections with our clientele.
• Evaluating clients' financial data proactively in order to suggest, offer, and promote supplementary products and services that align with their requirements.
• Utilizing the most recent technological offerings from the bank to address the increasing requirements of our clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Meet the quarterly and yearly sales targets for team or branch in various areas such as CI, CRE, SBA, mortgages, treasury management, deposits, wealth management, investment offerings, international deposits, wires, and additional commercial and consumer services.
• Create and establish various loan options such as Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC), Residential Mortgage, and Business Mortgage.
• Ensure that you adhere to yearly renewals and all MLO regulations while comprehending interest rates, financing options, and calculations in order to enhance customer service for potential mortgage clients.
• Keep a comprehensive understanding of the loan products offered by the bank and the eligibility criteria involved.
• Provide support to clients with financial requirements like withdrawing money, depositing funds, transferring funds, making loan or credit card repayments, conducting wire transfers, and exchanging foreign currencies.
• Self-motivated individual with a dedicated attitude and a commitment to achieving results while prioritizing client satisfaction.
• Utilizes robust critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities to address client requirements effectively.
• Collaborate and work closely with colleagues and different departments to provide customers with the best-suited products.
• Demonstrates clear and assertive communication when interacting with customers.
• Assist and train staff members to reach branch sales and service targets through mentoring and coaching.
• Skilled in leveraging digital tools and technology to enhance customers' online banking journey.

Qualifications include:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is a prerequisite, with a Bachelor's degree being the preferred qualification.
• With over two years of working in customer service, teller duties, sales roles, and mortgage loan origination (MLO) experience in the banking or financial services sector.
• Holding licenses for Series 6 and 63 allows individuals to engage in both investment activities and life insurance sales.
• Proficient in financial matters and effective in conveying ideas.
• Mastery in sales and customer service, encompassing the skills of identifying potential clients and building professional connections.
• Proficient in utilizing branch technology, as well as mobile and online banking platforms.
• Proficient problem-solving abilities, adept decision-making skills, and excellent customer-service aptitude.
• Capable of quickly adjusting to new procedures and technologies.
• Capacity to adhere to established operational guidelines and protocols.
