Position Overview:

As a Roaming Investment Advisor at PNC, you will provide exceptional customer service, help customers manage their financial transactions, and support branch operations. You will create a positive customer experience while identifying opportunities to promote PNC products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Creates a distinctive customer journey that focuses on improving financial well-being and nurturing customer loyalty.
• Manages a variety of customer interactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Enlightens customers on the available substitutes for conducting financial transactions.
• Spots potential chances during customer engagements and guides them to the relevant branch staff.
• Facilitates customer engagement through lobby activities and constructive conversations.
• Presents PNC products and services in a way that meets the needs of customers.
• Identifies potential sales leads and directs customers to the appropriate team members to deepen relationships.
• Educates customers on utilizing digital banking tools, technology options, and self-service resources for efficient management of financial transactions.
• Utilizes product and procedural knowledge to efficiently resolve customer queries.
• Ensures that all teller and branch tasks are conducted accurately, in compliance with PNC's policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• No prior knowledge necessary.
• Generally, a university or college degree is not a requirement for roles at this level.
• Candidates are encouraged to have a high school diploma or GED.
• Equivalent blends of education, job-specific qualifications, or related experience (such as military involvement) may be assessed.
