Role Overview:

Employees in Retail Support play a critical role in the success and daily operations of Zions Bank branches. Retail Support consists of traveling tellers and bankers who assist branches in their geographic area during staff absences. This position provides an opportunity to develop extensive banking skills while building professional networks. The mission is to support branches in achieving strategic objectives and advancing Zions Bank's company vision.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in banking, cash handling, customer service, financial reconciliation, or completion of an approved company training program.
• Proficiency in cashier operations, financial reconciliation, debit and credit processes, and banking products.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Ability to maintain balance and deliver excellent customer service.
• Skill in cross-selling banking products according to client needs.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality service while safeguarding the branch from potential losses.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of branch operations.
• Grow the client base using effective selling and coaching techniques, including processing loan applications, cross-selling bank products, and providing support across all banking functions.
• Handle cash transactions and perform customer service duties at the branch.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
