This role in the Greater New Orleans, Louisiana Metropolitan market is responsible for delivering high-level relationship banking services. The Senior Client Banker acts as a reliable consultant, initiating in-depth discussions with clients to grasp their financial objectives and provide customized recommendations. The primary objective of this position is to enhance business by advocating and marketing the Bank's offerings while prioritizing the expansion of client connections through outstanding service, individualized guidance, and forward-looking sales strategies. The incumbent undertakes challenging tasks, contributing to the achievement of general banking center sales goals.

Qualifications for Senior Client Banker:

• A high school diploma or its equivalent, such as a GED, is a necessary qualification.
• A minimum of five (5) years of applicable experience in the banking or financial services sector is required.
• Competence in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Preference will be given to candidates with prior Salesforce experience.

• Provide assistance to the teller line as required to maintain low customer wait periods.

• Address client concerns swiftly and efficiently to find satisfactory solutions.
• Increase understanding of products and services by participating in meetings, training sessions, and online learning opportunities.

Compliance and Risk Management: Involves ensuring adherence to regulations and minimizing potential risks within an organization:

• Adhere to all relevant banking regulations, guidelines, and protocols.
• Comply with risk management protocols, internal checks, and auditing stipulations.
• Adhere to the principles outlined in the First Horizon Code of Ethics without exception.

Operational Efficiency:

• Support with gatherings centered on enhancing sales results, understanding of products, and delivering quality customer care.
• Assist the Banking Center Manager in enhancing the skills and knowledge of associates through training and development initiatives.
• Train new employees while they are working.
• Help with managing the duties of dual-control vault operations and overseeing audit procedures for control verification.
• Keep yourself up to date with any new information regarding operational adjustments and modifications in procedures.
• Execute additional tasks as delegated by superiors.
