Client Care Banker

Job Description:

Client Care Bankers serve as trusted financial advisors who assist customers in managing their banking needs, making informed financial decisions, and building long-term relationships through personalized service and support.

This full-time position is based in Clinton, MD and requires 40 hours per week. The Client Care Banker is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, handling financial inquiries, supporting sales activities, and building long-term client relationships by recommending suitable banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers through in-branch, phone, and appointment-based interactions
• Identify customer financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services
• Open accounts, process transactions, and assist with loan and service requests
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships using CRM tools and digital platforms
• Ensure compliance with banking policies, regulations, and risk standards
• Support branch operations and contribute to sales and service goals

Additional Responsibilities:

• May be eligible to serve as a Notary Public

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred

• Customer-focused and sales-oriented mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively and use digital banking tools effectively

Licensing Requirement:

• May require registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
