Job Description:

This position involves offering credit support and resolutions to our clientele, focusing on making outgoing calls related to a specific product, regardless of its delinquency status, from pre-charge off to recovery. The role necessitates utilizing problem-solving skills, making well-thought-out decisions, and delivering excellent customer service and empathy to address both the bank's and client's requirements effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Contacts clients who are behind in payments to collect funds and investigates the cause of the delay on open or closed loan, savings, and credit accounts
• Negotiates the settlement of unpaid obligations in a mutually beneficial way for both the debtor and creditor, using appropriate tools and aids effectively
• Balancing clients' needs with adherence to collection compliance standards to find the most suitable resolution
• Displays understanding and compassion towards the client's circumstances while upholding ethical standards in line with the bank's code of conduct
• Attains the required quality benchmarks and satisfies essential performance metrics
• Manages a set of accounts within an automated collections system, auto-dialer, or through manual communication to minimize financial losses
