Role Overview for Treasury Specialist:

As a Treasury Specialist at PNC, you will provide exceptional customer service, help customers manage their financial transactions, and support branch operations. You will create a positive customer experience while identifying opportunities to promote PNC products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures a one-of-a-kind customer experience that concentrates on enhancing financial prosperity and promoting customer dedication.
• Executes customer interactions effectively and with precision.
• Guides customers in exploring different avenues for handling their financial transactions.
• Identifies prospects within customer engagements and refers them to the suitable branch employees.
• Promotes customer involvement through lobby events and meaningful exchanges.
• Customizes PNC products and services to cater to customer needs efficiently.
• Discerns sales possibilities and refers customers to the relevant team members for broadening relationships.
• Teaches customers about digital banking tools, technology selections, and self-help resources to enhance financial transaction management.
• Applies product and procedural proficiency to effectively tackle customer problems.
• Makes sure that all teller and branch activities are executed accurately, in strict adherence to PNC's policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Not required to have prior experience.
