Job Role: Customer Sales Specialist

Role Overview:

The position requires flexibility to travel between financial centers and work scheduled branch hours, excluding Sundays.You will be responsible for delivering a seamless customer experience by handling both service and sales functions, including processing transactions, managing account activities, and recommending banking solutions that support customers in achieving their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process teller transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures
• Proactively engage customers to identify needs and generate sales opportunities and referrals
• Open new accounts and handle account maintenance and service requests
• Build strong customer relationships using CRM tools and personalized communication strategies
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, internal policies, and risk management standards
• Assist customers in utilizing digital banking platforms and self-service tools

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales required
• 6–12 months of cash handling experience preferred

Additional Information:

Must comply with all company policies, training requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
