A Client Services Banker provides customers with high quality, prompt, and professional financial services. Responsible for interacting with clients and providing exceptional service by greeting them as they enter one of our branches and providing them with the services needed to meet their financial goals. This role will process financial transactions in an accurate, efficient, and friendly manner while maintaining operational standards, and assist the team in meeting branch goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Play a crucial role in helping the team meet growth targets in financial performance and primary client acquisition by connecting clients with the right team members for effective sales initiatives.
• Provide exceptional client support by assisting with account queries, problem-solving, and complaint resolution, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory customer experience. Engage customers with educational resources and informative communications to enhance their understanding and satisfaction. Meet and exceed behavioral activity goals as set by Retail Leadership, which may include driving referrals and promoting client engagement.
• Handle daily financial transactions with timeliness and accuracy to prevent controllable losses. Familiarize yourself with and uphold all applicable bank policies and regulations for proper processing.
• Undertakes distinct projects and additional duties and roles as requested. Demonstrates a continual commitment to abiding by the regulatory and adherence specifications related to the role, as outlined, and successfully completes mandatory compliance training. Tasked with ensuring compliance with relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Securing a high school degree or its counterpart (GED, HiSET, TASC) or an authentic foreign alternative is essential.
• Customer service and sales proficiency accumulated over 3 years is mandatory.
• A background in the financial services sector is highly valued.
