Role Summary:

A Full-Time Floating Teller is a banking professional responsible for assisting customers with a variety of financial services, including account opening, transaction processing, financial guidance, and promotion of banking products and services. Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with daily banking activities such as deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers
Open and maintain personal and business banking accounts
Provide information on banking products including loans, credit cards, and savings options
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Comply with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
Support branch sales and service goals through active assistance and collaboration
