What You’ll Do:

Serving as a Personal Banking Specialist requires you to establish and sustain meaningful relationships with customers, drawing upon your financial expertise to recommend appropriate solutions that address their needs. Your pivotal role plays a key part in driving the branch's success by:

• Enhancing customer relationships by identifying their financial necessities and recommending appropriate products and services
• Combining strengths with internal departments, including Mortgage and Wealth Management, to connect customers with specialized knowledge
• Managing a teller station to assist customers both inside the bank and at the drive-thru teller machines
• Key activities include setting up new accounts, ensuring account accuracy, and supporting customers in utilizing digital banking options
• Identifying potential fraudulent practices and other operational or financial vulnerabilities
• Assisting in following bank opening and closing guidelines specific to assigned shifts
• Aiding in the promotion of bank-sponsored events and community engagement initiatives

Necessary Qualifications for Personal Banking Specialist:

• Over 4 years of experience, with some positions exhibiting greater responsibilities in data management and analysis
• The minimum requirement includes a high school diploma or GED
• Intermediate computer skills
• Adept at managing objects weighing 50 pounds or less
