Job Description for Banking Sales Representative:

The Banking Sales Representative is responsible for processing transactions and other customer service requests in the branch. The position facilitates customer awareness and education of bank capabilities, tools, and resources, and supports the sales efforts of a branch team by identifying and referring sales opportunities to the appropriate bank partner.

Qualifications:

• The acquisition of a high school diploma or GED qualification is fundamental for career development
• Proficient in customer service and cash transactions for the past 6 months
• Background in sales or past work within the banking industry
• Adeptness in financial literacy; knowledge of the various retail banking products and services accessible to clients
