Job Description:

As a Banking Services Associate at PNC, you will deliver excellent customer service, assist customers with their financial transactions, and support day-to-day branch operations. In this role, you will help create a positive banking experience while identifying opportunities to introduce customers to PNC products and services that fit their financial needs.

Primary Job Duties:

• Provide a personalized customer experience focused on improving financial well-being and strengthening customer relationships.
• Handle a variety of customer transactions accurately, efficiently, and professionally.
• Guide customers through available options for completing financial transactions and managing their accounts.
• Identify customer needs and opportunities during interactions and connect customers with the appropriate branch representatives.
• Encourage customer engagement through branch lobby activities and meaningful customer interactions.
• Recommend PNC products and solutions tailored to individual customer needs and financial goals.
• Recognize sales and relationship-building opportunities and refer customers to the appropriate team members.
• Educate customers on digital banking platforms, technology solutions, and self-service tools to simplify account management.
• Apply product knowledge and operational procedures to resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Ensure teller transactions and branch operations are completed accurately and in compliance with PNC policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous banking or customer service experience is not required.
• A college or university degree is generally not necessary for this position.

• An equivalent combination of education, certifications, and relevant experience, including military service, may also be considered.
• No formal degree is required.
• No certifications or licenses are mandatory.
