Key Responsibilities:

As a Client Services Banker, your primary responsibility is to develop and maintain strong client relationships by leveraging your financial expertise to provide solutions that meet customer needs. This dual role helps drive the branch's overall success by:

• Building and maintaining meaningful relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and recommending suitable products and services
• Collaborating with internal partners such as Mortgage and Wealth Management to connect clients with specialized knowledge
• Operating a cash drawer to facilitate transactions for clients at the teller counter and drive-up windows
• Opening new accounts, maintaining account information, and assisting clients with digital banking products
• Identifying potential fraud and other operational or financial risks
• Supporting bank opening and closing procedures as required by shift schedules
• Participating in community outreach and bank-sponsored events

Qualifications:

• 1 – 3 years of experience in customer service, financial services, or sales-related roles
• High school diploma or GED required
• Intermediate computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
