The Business Relationship Manager plays a critical role in developing and maintaining strong partnerships with commercial clients to support business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

This position is responsible for building and managing relationships with middle-market clients by delivering customized financial solutions, including lending, deposit products, and other banking services. The role focuses on achieving sales goals within established risk parameters while identifying new business opportunities, strengthening existing relationships, and providing strategic financial guidance. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met while managing a profitable and well-balanced portfolio.

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing business clients.
• Identify opportunities for loans, deposits, and cross-selling additional banking products.
• Structure, negotiate, and finalize lending agreements.
• Analyze financial statements and monitor client credit performance.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations aligned with client business goals.
• Build networks with industry professionals and referral partners.
• Ensure adherence to credit policies and risk management standards.
• Drive portfolio growth while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Additional Duties:

• Expand knowledge in specialized industries or market segments as required.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial banking, credit, or a similar field
• At least 2 years of experience managing complex client portfolios
