Responsibilities:

  • Forming resilient collaborations with branch peers and line of business associates to prioritize client acquisition and deepen relationships with current clients, expertly overseeing internal and external influencers.
  • Ensuring operational, risk, security, and audit compliance, including thorough documentation of client interactions.
  • Being available to support branch operations by aiding with customer transactions at the Teller line.
  • Participate in and occasionally take the lead in morning sync-ups and end-of-day reviews.
  • Tasked with completing additional duties as required; responsibilities and activities may be subject to change, with new ones potentially introduced suddenly and without prior notification.
  • Upholds all KeyBank policies and procedures, which include maintaining professionalism, conducting business ethically, steering clear of conflicts of interest, and consistently acting in the best interests of Key and its clients.

Tactical Skills:

  • Possesses a deep understanding of the customer's accounts and banking interactions and exercises sound judgment when dealing with clients and processing transactions
