Universal Banker

Job Description:

The Universal Banker is responsible for delivering FirstBank’s high standard of customer service by efficiently processing transactions, identifying customer needs, resolving inquiries, and recommending appropriate banking products through a structured needs-based approach.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience: At least one year of banking experience is preferred.
• Certification: Notary certification is considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess customer needs and provide suitable recommendations for banking products and services in accordance with bank policies, brand guidelines, and service standards, including referrals to appropriate banking specialists when necessary.
• Assist customers with a wide range of transactional and service-related requests, including account balances, transaction history, fees, and interest rate inquiries.
• Support Financial Center operations by performing duties across Teller, Teller Manager, and Financial Service Representative roles as required.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual and business customers to achieve branch goals related to accounts, sales, and service performance.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service aligned with FirstBank customer experience standards.
• Comply with all banking regulations, internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, including strict adherence to security protocols.
• Maintain punctual and reliable attendance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
