Job Summary:

In this role, the Equipment Finance Officer is tasked with building and maintaining customer rapport. It's important to understand that this is a sales position with a commission structure.

Job Responsibilities:

• Seek out and cultivate fresh partnerships with prospective clients.
• Handle established client partnerships.
• Achieve the objectives outlined by management for enhancing business volume production and diversifying the portfolio.
• Examine every aspect of potential transactions, encompassing the financial standing of clients and the structure of the transaction.
• Ensure smooth coordination with credit and documentation teams to deliver quality service while minimizing potential risks.
• Foster strong bonds both within and outside the organization.

Additional Accountabilities:

• Participates in specific projects and additional obligations as necessary.
• Demonstrates ongoing adherence to regulatory and compliance guidelines associated with the job description and fulfills necessary compliance training requirements. Takes responsibility for ensuring compliance with relevant federal, state, and local legislation and regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• The educational prerequisite for this role is completion of a four-year undergraduate program.
• A verifiable track record of successful production in the appropriate sector is necessary, with at least three years of experience in sales.

Job Competencies:

• Familiarity with goods, pricing, and arrangement.
• Strong aptitude for communicating, showcasing information, and reaching agreements proficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft software like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Competence in utilizing the SuperTRUMP, T Value, and ACT software.
• Competence in financial and credit regulations and financial records.
• Competence in conducting tasks independently from a distance.
• Strong cold-calling capability.
• Sharp eye for details.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to travel.
• The role involves a moderate amount of physical activity and resilience, like being on one's feet, seated, moving, operating a vehicle, or occasional heavy lifting.
