Banking Services Representative

Role Overview:

The role requires flexibility to travel between financial centers and work within scheduled branch hours, excluding Sundays.As a Banking Services Representative, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless customer experience by handling both service and sales functions, processing financial transactions, managing account activities, and promoting appropriate banking solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process teller transactions in alignment with bank policies and procedures.
Initiate and support sales conversations and referral opportunities with customers.
Open new accounts and manage account maintenance and service requests.
Use CRM systems to strengthen customer relationships through personalized engagement.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk standards.
Assist customers in using digital banking tools and self-service platforms.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Minimum of 12 months of experience in customer service or sales.
6–12 months of cash handling experience is preferred.
