As a Senior Banking Relationship Specialist, you will play a key role in:

• Establishing, maintaining, and growing strong, mutually beneficial relationships with retail and commercial banking customers.
• Reviewing and analyzing customers’ financial profiles to recommend, present, and sell additional products and services that meet their needs.
• Leveraging the bank’s advanced technology to address the evolving needs of clients and enhance their banking experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for a wide range of products, including commercial and industrial loans, commercial real estate, small business administration loans, mortgage products, wealth management, treasury services, deposit accounts, international banking services, and wire transfers.
• Structure and facilitate various loan products, including HELOCs, Residential Mortgages, and Commercial Property Loans.
• Ensure compliance with annual renewals and MLO regulations, maintaining a thorough understanding of interest rates, financing options, and calculations to provide accurate assistance to mortgage clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the bank’s loan offerings and related qualifications to help customers choose the right solutions.
• Assist customers with routine financial services such as cash withdrawals, deposits, transfers, loan repayments, wire transfers, and currency exchanges.
• Take initiative to deliver exceptional client service by proactively meeting customer needs and exceeding expectations.
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify solutions that effectively address client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of the best banking products and services to customers.
• Engage with clients confidently, clearly explaining products and services while building long-term relationships.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, helping them achieve sales and service goals and ensuring the continued success of the branch.
• Proficiently use digital tools and technology to improve the overall client experience, helping customers navigate online and mobile banking platforms.
• Foster client connections with technology, educating them on new digital solutions to enhance their banking experience.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to support branch operations and ensure organizational objectives are met.

Qualifications include:

• A high school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• At least two years of experience in banking, customer service, teller operations, sales, or mortgage loan origination (MLO).
• Series 6 and 63 licenses are preferred, enabling the individual to conduct investment transactions and sell life insurance products.
• Strong financial acumen and excellent communication skills, capable of clearly explaining complex financial concepts to customers.
• Proven expertise in sales, customer service, and relationship-building, with a focus on prospecting and expanding client networks.
• Proficient in navigating branch technology and mobile/online banking platforms, with a strong aptitude for digital tools.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and customer service skills to meet the diverse needs of clients.
• Adept at quickly adapting to new technologies and processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to comply with operational guidelines and maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism.
